Total Aluminium Systems Ltd was incorporated as a wholly owned Nigerian company, with an authorized share capital currently at N 100 million. All the equipment of the company have been financed through sales of shares and loan from directors.
The founders of the company are a group of Nigerian businessmen who have distinguished themselves in their various areas of their professional callings.
They are Frank M. Owelle, B. O. Fatogun, Alhaji A. Babaji (late), B.N. Frank Owelle (Mrs.), Miss Amaka Igbeli, Alhaji Nasir Zahradeen and Nagib Antonnious. Other highly competent and experienced personnel in the field of aluminium have been recruited. Especially, Mr. G. Pier, a Swiss, with tremendous knowledge of the aluminium industry heads the technical department.
The company, at the moment, has two factories located in Lagos and Abuja. The windows and doors section will commence full operation. To further complement our expansion process, Total Aluminium has taken controlling interest in North-South Aluminium Products Ltd, the largest aluminium roofing company east of the Niger by acquiring 65% stake in the company, which is located at Aba, Abia State. Another factory is under construction in Kaduna and is expected to be commissioned in the first quarter of 2012. At the inception of this company, Total Aluminium acquired 65% stake in the company which is located at Aba, Abia State and Malabo, the Capital Of Equitorial Guinea in the central African Sub-Region.
